SURVEYS

Conducting a survey prior to the project enables us to give the client an accurate representation of both the time and costs that may be required to complete the works. We can provide detailed drawings which allow us to effectively plan for the creation of materials and detail how the work will be completed, step by step. Having a survey done on large or more inaccessible structures can prove challenging, which is why we offer both rope access and drone surveys to our clients alongside the more customary surveys that we complete using scaffolding or cherry pickers.

Rope Access Surveys

Having a survey done via rope access saves the expense and inconvenience of erecting unnecessary scaffolding and also enables us to work in spaces that are too difficult to access with conventional methods. Our team are IRATA trained surveyors who can provide a detailed inspection of the most inaccessible or logistically difficult spaces such as large buildings in busy areas, city centre or other sites such as viaducts and bridges.

Drone Surveys

There are times when a traditional survey method would not be sufficient to survey a building accurately without incurring large costs or logistical issues. In these cases a drone access survey can be particularly valuable to assess the extent of the works required. A drone survey can provide excellent imagery, giving us detailed and close-up images of the repair work that is required. We are able to use drones to perform specific area or full building surveys.
