Stonemasonry isn’t just about restoring the old, it’s about creating beautiful new buildings in our communities. Stone Central have experience of working on large scale new projects and are happy to be involved in a consultancy role from the initial planning stages.
Cladding & Fixing
Our stone fixers are highly skilled and are experienced in all types of cladding utilising rail systems, standard restraints and where necessary designed corbel supports. Due to our knowledge and experience we regularly liaise with Architects and Engineers to assist in determining the most suitable and cost effective way of fixing stonework whilst conforming to British Standards. Our portfolio of prestigious projects shows the standard and capability of our fixers.
Landscaping
Stone is, by its nature, suited to use outdoors and using stone to enhance the landscape is something that has been happening for hundreds of years. We have worked on large urban developments in city centres to provide landscaping including planters, benches and steps. We have worked successfully with a number of councils and have a proven track record of delivering a quality finish that is designed to last.
