The development of this Grade II listed building has created a pub and restaurant and means that more visitors than ever are able to discover this beautiful building.
We were appointed to survey the elevation of Oakfield House as part of the restoration work that was being undertaken.
A mortar sample was taken and analysed, which enabled us to create a replica mortar mix, resulting in us achieving an exact match to the rest of the building.
Project Detail
Works included stone restoration, a new stone plinth to extension and disabled access ramp works.
We also repaired and repointed the ornate Barley Twist chimney stacks.
